① Prepare your skin
Apply a few drops of facial oil or serum. The gua sha needs to glide — never on dry skin.

② Start with your neck
Slide upwards from the collarbone, with the flat side. Activate lymphatic drainage and prepare the way for the rest of the ritual.

③ Work the jawline and facial contour
Use the large curved side. Slide from the chin to the ear with gentle and constant pressure. Repeat 5–8 times per side.

④ Cheekbones and cheeks
Slide from the nose to the temple. The cold steel instantly depuffs and sculpts.

⑤ Eye area
Use the small side or the tip. Gently slide from the tear duct to the temple. Minimal pressure.

⑥ Forehead
Slide from the center outwards, and from bottom to top. Relaxes accumulated tension.

⑦ Micro-spikes for the fascia
Use the side with spikes on areas with more pronounced wrinkles (frown lines, corners of the mouth, forehead). Short, slow movements.
