One-on-one session

During a first 90-minute session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and understand what type of routine your face needs to keep it healthy and in shape.

We will teach you the keys to our 360-degree approach for natural and sustainable facial care. Self-massages, exercises, and facial tool management, among others.

You will identify the facial muscles that need to be stretched or toned for a more relaxed visual expression and smoother skin.

During the session, the circulatory system will be activated, bringing oxygen to your cells, and with movement, you will help to drain the facial lymphatic system, eliminating lymph and toxins that hinder your natural cell regeneration process.

The 1-on-1 session consists of 3 parts: Warm up, Resistance & Relax.

This session is designed so that you can have autonomy and carry out a facial exercise routine at home.
